Peacock Pinkeep by Blackbird Designs
Peacock Pinkeep is the first pattern from the 2009 Loose Feathers series #35. All of the 2009 series had a sewing accessory theme. Pattern includes instructions for the peacock pinkeep (pictured below) & a needle book. While it is listed as Out of Print, I was able to find it listed on a couple of online shops. Whether they actually have it is another question.
Don't be afraid to change colors. Here it is stitched with shades of teal.
